since i have the source ( from xRad himself) i may be able to update the offset to make it work for 1.9.. i'll post back here when it'S done.. if xRad dont update it before me..

edit: well we need offsets before we can update.. XD

this radar was unbelievable!! it was truly amazing, I -really- hope its updated, so do all of my friends! Great work! Major props to the author and to the people attempting to modify it for the current version!
