Hi Qiumuyu1991.
I'm not a seasoned coder like some, so I might be wrong or right. Attempting to create such modification probably causes rubberband, since theres more than one check to see how your skill was executed (succesfully). It might cause you to freeze even, something similar to when you try to use a chain skill on a bad timing while switching targets. Maybe someone does know, and can help you. This is just informational input.
As far as publicly released, no animation is as close as you can get with your question. Good luck.
