This address will just log skill usage, but you could do it for the potions aswell if you use some chat log detection.

It gets detected for many reasons like it does read and write in a external process, it has global hotkeys..
Just add it as exception at your antivir or turn your antivir off.

You can check it like this.

Searching memory addresses is nothing you can learn in few minutes, you should search for Cheat Engine tutorials.
