sorry para! since rework only worked on elyos i use updatelss for backup for the meantime and its always worked on elyos and asmo but take time to initiate. If you update this two it would be good. rework + updateless (backup) = problem solved.

Go to a trainee dummy, use a attackspeedscroll and set enhanced animation to -250.
Now do some skills if you feel a delay between the skills go lower at enhanced like -200, if you won't feel any delay you can go higher like -300 just repeat this steps until you find the highest possible value without any delay.

welche classe geht den am besten mit den toll ?

Geht sich ziemlich 50:50 aus, die einen zocken halt auf NA die anderen auf EU.
Keine Ahnung was du mit am Boden runterfallen meinst.
Und an sich sind alle Klassen gleich gut mit dem Hack solang es keine Casterklassen sind.
