Disable all your anti virus tools and restart your pc maybe , it works fine here just started again.
Note:
I am on windows 7 64bit and only microsoft essentials security as guard.

Exactly the same scenario, windows 7 64bit ultimate, no AV installed currently just to test, restarted machine, didnt load past that screen.

Is there any specific way you need to install this bot? Like does it have to be in the game directory etc.....

Ok gambe I could replicate your situation where you are stuck.
It appears like that the TRIAL isnt working at the moment, and gets stuck like on the screen you posted.
Guess hronos is working on a more complex way for the trial or he removed it due the cracking attempt from a user on this forum.
I will update here if I know more about it.
