it's right, you cannot debug the executable but you can attach a debugger at runtime (easiest way would be cheat engine VEH debugger).
The other way to find pointers would be an injected pointer scan (and again you can use cheat engine)
so everyone who wants to create own pointers follow those easy steps:
1) find the address you want a pointer for (i take speed as example)
2) right klick the address, klick pointer scan
3) in the new window just klick ok
4) save the file as whatever.ptr
5) wait for the scan to be done
6) now there will be 10k - > 1M pointers, and most won't work,
so RESTART aion.
7) login again, go ingame
8) put off all equipment, your speed must be white (only if it is white it is an exact value ... normally it should be 6.0)
9) now in cheat engine, reattach CE to aion, in pointer scan window klick scan -> rescan, rescan for value, Type: float, search for 6.0
10) Now you have working pointers for speed
11) double click one of the game.dll basing pointers - tadam
you are done
