Anyone knows how to use? Much appreciated if anyone can spit some knowledge on this, currently needs region to be Korea so you can see the text in Korean, at the very least.

If you want to change a single value somewhere, then just try to find it in the nodes. If you want to create some new quests, don't even bother. Even if you manage to do a new quest, you will come back here and ask for another guide how to translate it - as the tool won't allow you to extract strings easily.

As Adek mentioned, don’t bother with the tool... you won’t be able to modify or remap the XQS (string) file. The tool is mainly useful for changing quest level requirements. If you dive deeper into it, you’ll find that you can perform a lot of actions, but understanding the node connections and the old if/else logic they used is a real challenge.

It took me about a week to develop the RTK quests for choosing your clan(including the Google image translate bullshit)

P.S never change a quest name or text inside, learned that the hard way.
P.S2 get the korean windows language pack, but make sure you have a 2nd pc otherwise your VisualEffectTool wont work anymore.

I actually bothered to look at XSD editor's import options, if you intersect the ndtext_us with vn one it will help translate faster

I worked with them quite a while ago. It only supported some tasks like viewing, adding conditions, rewards, and some basic logic. In the long run, it still needs to be combined with 010. In Vietnam, I was the first person to create a quick sect joining quest chain with just one quest at the beginning of the game, and the ability to add skills upon completing the quest according to the sect. The most difficult problem was the quest-related text from the xti file. It was very difficult to understand the structure and logic applied to xti; we could only manually search and modify xti according to xsd.
