You just need to find the image you want to replace and rename the new image to match the original image.

Once you decrypt you check online for software that will let you edit certain file types: .swf / .ppm etc

1. Regular Images - TR_INTERFACE.XP
2. Animated Images - XSCENESCRIPT.XP
3. Game Sound - SR_SOUND.XP

You should be able to unpack all those with QuickBMS.

Sound/Sound.XP , unpack and replace the audio using same format and test around with song length, doing something incorrect will result in an error while launching.
