At this point - hire a professional to do it for you. Or watch a tutorial on apache, or any http server tutorial. Your problems aren't even 9d related.
Remove apache from installer + c: directory
Reinstall in c:/httpd directory
If apache keeps getting installed in C:/httpd/Apache2 thats causing you the problem, move Apache2 folder in c:/httpd directory then repair using installer, that should work for you ! even if you have duplicate folders in apache2, make sure you have everything inside httpd folder also !
