Nostalgia hitting hard, huh? It was the best cause it was the only one stable around at that time. Play9D was bugged as **** esepcially in the R2 era where you could patch the game with some files to access banners at the deco npc which you normally wounldnt have access to. Everyone knew about this and nobody did anything
