Hello dear 9D Community.
As you can see in the title I am looking for someone with Editing skills to make Custom Effects on Refinement.
Basicly I want a new +17 Effect for my Game and I am not able to edit such things cause my knowledge is ways to bad for it.
If you have already made custom Effects show them to me , if not and you can edit custom let me know.
