- Some sort of advertisement to attract players/catch players' attention <----Thanks, we will keep that in mind
- A promise that admins / gm's won't neglect and/or close down the servers any time soon <----- We reserve our right to do whatever. Promises are useless most of the time when it comes to situations like this. However, we DO NOT plan on closing soon, we estimated the PA lifespan and it's not in the near future (I'd say it can last as long as the community supports it)
- Since old school content will firstly be added, make sure you move on kinda quickly because most people want to see content not some old school crap <----- We kind of want to fix what the devs did wrong. The initial LD capped server was great, it needed some adjustments (like anti nuker patch and so on) but it was overall more balanced and left for more possibilities. Once OP items were introduced, it all became a mess.
- Try not to mix old/new content as it might cause major imbalance that makes pvp unenjoyable <------ Like I said in the previous post, we attempt to carefully patch the game. That's why we are doing the phases.
- If it's 100% sure (with evidence) that someone is hacking OR abusing client sided files to gain unfair advantage OR scamming, ban them permanently with no appeals <------- Yes, exactly what WILL happen
- Punish pvp relogs properly but make sure you do not hand out permanent ban for it - nor any long term bans (2 weeks maximum - that's what I'm suggesting)<---------I'd go with 1 month
- After HM cap move on straight to IM12 cap because I don't think people would wanna waste more time on having shitty out-dated items <------ Sorry, but no, this will not happen due to the reasons mentioned above. We will entertain our community with "expansions" which will include new skills,items,events. There's no point rushing to cap just to run out of content.
- IM12 cap should have similar content as Play9D R2 had <------ Again,sorry, but it probably won't happen. We have our own model.
- After IM12 cap move on to HG12 if possible.<-----There will be another cap @ PS/DB for phase 2, after that we will probably go to HG/HI cap
- Make sure admin / gm speaks English accurately <----- well, yes, we do speak english properly.
- A launcher that automatically updates each time a patch gets released is highly expected. <---- Future plan. Noted!
- 9Dragons is already dead, I know I mentioned it somewhere...above there but let me repeat myself: you need players. you need users. you need population. That should be the most important! <------ We plan to make the game easier to understand and emerge into. Our first attempt at that was reintroducing the tutorial, which in our opinions really states the basics of 9D
- Staff members should be very active and deal with users' issue right away <------- We are all busy with our personal lives. We will not abandon the server, but we won't give the quickest answers, maybe @1-2 days to 1 week response for support threads

He basically stated DB8 content. 
I selected from his content what PA will offer for 1st phase. Some of the things he mentioned, we actually left out for 1st phase and we'll fix that.

Come on guys history will tell you that it was 9nukers until the lvl cap was raised and 15 dex ornies was introduced, then it became 9warriors.
Then the healers got traps....
And who remembers the 7 second stun Hybrid days

History will tell us how it WAS, obviously... Yet, we are not interested in how things WERE, we are interested in how things ARE. Testing phase players will probably tell you that it will be everything BUT 9nukers  . Saying this because from what I read, you seem to dislike our concept, so I'm guessing if it's not 50x rates, it's none of your interest.

However, I do apologize for the stuff I claimed pre-PA. Now that I know almost everything, I do agree that what 9d needed was slow progression towards balance, not mindless implementation of content which doesn't suit our stats system.
Some of the stuff you, tenge,josped (<- he really was right about a lot of things) and some others said were true. However we don't want a server with 2 roles: warrior and nuker, we want all 4 roles to be relevant, and that's where we disagree a bit.

There are actually 6 roles: nuker,warrior, melee hyb, melee healer, ck hyb and ck healer.
Nuker and warriors are balanced somewhere @ DB8 cap with the exact content tenge mentioned. Sadly, those 2 roles are above all other 4 roles. Melee hyb and melee healer were never EVER viable, which we intent to do after we get more feedback. Also ck hyb and ck healer never had a chance against nuker with the same level of gear and they had a chance against warrior if they were well built.

Haha, sorry my bad. You got me there! Well, my excuse right now is that I meant DB8 not HM1.
DB8 should be the first stage with tibet 1st part being available, not HM!

Yes, you are right. That's what the problem was, and the exact problem we fixed. 
I can't wait for people to go into phase 1, chosing nukers and expecting easy wins 
Like I said, DB8 balanced nukers and warriors quite well due to Tibet epis, but 2 roles, out of 6 basically, it too less.
People like you will be needed (ofc if you're serious) during phase 1 and testing phase. You understand some concepts of the pvp and you might (if you want) help us to as good as we can in balancing all roles.
