how can I play 9D offline?

I loved this game when I was a kid but I have never managed to complete my dream of finishing the story. Levelling online is very hard while private servers can go down any minute.I would love it if some of you provide me with ways to actually play this game offline and be able to control the exp and skill level.

You should try to make your own server. It's not hard, but require some time. There are some tutorials on ******** (I guess I shouldn't post complete link there), try to find it.

Type : "How to make 9dragons US files working " on google and click on the 1st title... I advise you not to use virtual maschine as it will drain your resources, but for the 1st try you may wanna do it with a virtual maschine still.

I don't think I will be able to use it on VM but isn't there a way to be able to jut boot up the game and be able to play?

Well... You'd need a server to play 9dragons...
