Play the game offline

Is there a way to play this game or view the game files without having active servers?
I know it can be done in some games but so far havent found anything on this yet.

No sorry,
I am looking for a way to login -create/view a character - walk around the beginner land...without any mobs/npc's.
So offline game-play ^_^

I'm not looking for a bot

because he want to make some vids ?
because he want to test bots ? *_*

don't know but there are a lot of reasons...

@topic don't know if there is a sandbox worldserver

i only know that a char creation emulator already exist

Im not too interested in making bots just yet, but yes vids and visiting the empty world and testing graphical capabilities of my system.

The character creation emulator sounds interesting though - and would be fun to play around with.
Could you please point me in the direction of this?

Edit: I did a search and found an emulator for the Asian versions of this game. It seems a little old, is it possible to confirm if this still works with the US beta client? or let me know of the correct place to look. - Thanks
