I just like build like that:
str max
ess 8
wis 8
con +1 for lvl (oc1 - 25 con)
dex for weapon +5

And it's fine with me.

Depends on your weapon, if it's cool enough (high ref etc)... I am used to +14+2 weapons and stuff and I go with 300 dex, then when I max dex I go with 300 str and I max con later in Tibet.
