Anyone can make mod for exp rate or Refine Rates???

I just ask the pro who know this, or if possibile to make that knowledge.
If you can change ID of clothes, weapons maybe you can make to change drop mobs.
I saw to rage zone have there a guide.

yes, you can do all this on your own server...
just follow the guide
