You can't. You can only change cast time, but no cooldown.

Did no cd but do no dmg lol.. mean its has no effect

so if your nuke has 6sec search for 6000. than select value from left and change value to 0 and freeze

I load 9d first or later CE. It's not running.

First CE and then 9d, make sure you have the latest version of CE and also that you attach 9d before hackshield is loaded.

But i play 9d vietnam (Cuu Long Viet) and I don't see HS.
