If they use IP Block.. then Download Hot Spot Shield, Or IP Changer, or just use an Viet Proxy server..

Remember, Each country have diffrent Id, like norway 363807 is mine,

my friend frm norway that come from Viet made acc. but idiot gave me Wrong PW.. and my other friend tokk my acc that i borrowed from him, so i cant contact my game friend for new PW -.-'' so i cant play Viet anymore :'(

I'm experiencing the same problem , they musta` implemented an IP block or something

Yes they are using IP block system for specifical ips, but you can use KOR to avoid it

I could leave my ip that way, but without success:
United States
Germany
United Kingdom
England
and it was not, I could not leave as Korean or Vietnam.
If anyone knows let me know, because I am still researching how to make in Korean, or Vietnam.
If I find out, I post here step by step.
