B-Looling at this one XD...He stuck LOL!!
Anyway, I got stuck in Ice Palace with my wu-tang BD
for like 2 days, then it was back to normal on the 3rd day...

Uh either:
1) The wrong username or password was entered
2) The selection of server wasn't varified/ you didn't select one
3) The server is in maintaince at the moment, please wait
4) Your anti-virus is blocking you from entering the game
5) Your anti-virus has deleted an important file when you were downloading the game
* since some anti-virus take the client as a virus or malware
6) You clicked the wrong button after typing in your username or password to login

hmm ur not the only one having the problem actually tried to creat 2 accounts for a person got the same little message dont know ifthere ip blocking or you only get a certain number of acc, per ip idk looking into it still. i got 3 acc, already .....

I doubt its a minimum number of accounts you can have
since you can change your ip with cmd lol

Only if you have a dynamic IP, and you release the IP held by your modem or router and the CMTS gives a new one from the IP pool can you just change your IP :P

I also have 3 accounts, haven't had any issues.
