Nah, Playa is right, anything bellow SM drops LF, past SM it's med/steps.

Also might be worth popping Dat/Jin mobs, you get pass materials along with LF's, but no BE drops (not that CC drops much these days anyway...).

But 10kk for WT/HD are normal price... Or you just found another rich idiot, which get cash on JS/scales. Normal players won't pay more than 10kk for each LF. Or they are desperate. xD
