How to open .XRS/.XP/.XES file extensions.

Hey guys like the title say... how to open? what program i need??

dude they system files like the 1st 1 is an extension file the 2nd is system utility file you need like notepad++ one of those programs or just notepad if u hardcore but if u dont know what they are u suggest you dont fiddle with them
