User alreay login error

when i try to log in it show this error, i wait for few min and log it but 9disciple show that i be able to log in which have (none), BUT on the game it sho connect to the game, then few sec later it show the same already log in

Is it mean i got ban?
or my account got bugged?

Nanchang and Jinan got error now when you try to go there, if your character is in that place you will get error, but another charactor in that id should be ok. Just wait

just got in clan
still at base or shi zang

but if i log in different account it work fine
so that mean my got ban?

no if you get banned it says account suspended please contact a gm
