Just refresh the captcha till you get 2 chinese simbols and 2 normal caracters. And then draw the simbols in the website from step 15. I refreshed the captch 100 times ti`ll i got it

Same here it took me a few tries to get the symbols copied. Just keep refreshing til you get 2 easy ones to draw and 2 regular letters. Installing now. But how do we translate to english?

For now is just chinese... In the near future we will have it translated

In the left side they will write your letter. you copy from there to your captch field.
