There is no dmg hack because it's server sided.Now for the quest repeater you can buy it,and you can just repeat some yourself.

It was possible when i was still playing to accelerate the speed of game with cheat engine lol, it doesnt remove recast time, but it really affect the active+smash+buff speed, but the more you speed up the game, the more often you will get dc
