point is: i am afraid if they make Delay is server sided or client protected or something...
and for the note this is the first time i see it o.o

Thats exactly what i experienced trying to get value, after i tried this simpliest thing to know is instant cast protected or no, now i see u got the idea what i wanted to say

There is a cast time hack out there. I test and it works. However, i can only make it 1 sec cast instead of 2 sec for FD nuke skills.
