Nightwalker can easily be played with hands while keeping up with macro players, with enough experience though.
However, macros require your own setup because your skillbar is probably different (the order of skills) & has other hotkeys. Also the skill delay is various on each server. Thats why no one here can give you a clear template because you have to adjust it anyway.
As NW main for >9 years who tested a lot, I advice you to not spam the skills too much because it will be very imprecise when timing stuns and combos. The only macro you might need is "Teleportjump" + "Throw Sand" (or whatever it is called there). Teleport has to be used first (order of hotkeys), otherwise the char begins to run to the target first instead trying TP. Meanwhile you can cancel the animation/movement by hand.
