Error 0x80004005 4Story Private Server

Hi Everybody,
I was trying to create my own private 4story server, but when i try to start the services "TCTRL_GSP" "TLOGIN_GSP" "TMAP_GSP" "TWORLD_GSP" i receive the message error 0x80004005: Not specified error.
I saw another Topic in the forum talking about this problem but there wasn't any solution.

What can i do?

What can i do?

Reinstall the services and update register keys. Make sure you have set everything alright.
