[Source] New frame Community

Hello epvp,
I would have one question about the source. I would like to add a new Frame Community, but the Official Server has only 1 button in TClientCmd.tiff. Would not anyone know how to make 2 buttons from the 1 button in the source?

It will be hard to make this frame becouse it's prepared for new rendering system(Smooth).
