If you reinstall your PC maybe it will work and you will be able to playing on new account.
Im not sure how this system working on P4 but you can try ^^

that works on araz thehe but this takes quite a while and im not so sure if 4s is worth the effort

And? It doesnt matter bcs the reason i got banned was for flame about jewl rate. At first the Admin give me a 1st Warning and ask me something while i got Chat banned,where is the logic?
After that i logged into my main and write him where is the logic when he ask me something and give me chat bann in the same time. 2Sec later -> Ip Bann.

It matters a lot if your account was already multiple times banned/muted due flame, insults BR trolling and other ****, no one gets a ban after the first time

Especially you should know how the Ticket system works.
