How to add a new Portal?

Hey,

my question is what must i all edit to add a new Custom Portal?
For example i want from Ardir to Marduk.
What for TCDS must i edit and which Tables in the DB?

To create a new Portal as far as I can remember you have to edit TNPC.

i know but not only TNPC. TPortalNpc and so on but what exacly i dont know...
