+24 item in NPC

I want to put lvl 24 items in an NPC.
My question is What type of NPC must i need to use?
- In Tcd (Normal handler)?
- In Navicat TNpcchart bType

It's all already done. I need the NPC type... because if I use "normal handler" The shop of the NPC's is empty. But here's my quest item

btw . PendatronD u need to change NPC type to rent in TCD Editor or in Table .
