Basicially, yes.
Otherwise, I have to admit, that I'm an asshead in some cases, especially when people can't perform really simple things, and I'm just saying, use your brain.exe
But fixing TMAP is not as simple as replacing a file. (like when a guy has opened a new thread, because his d3dx dll got damaged, and he couldn't just simply replace it)
I guess the one who has opened this thread came here to get some help regarding his problem. Well, I won't fix it for you, but here are some advices:
Many reasons could be in the background that causes the crash.
Go find it out, and the rest is just theory and programming, and debugging techniques If you know that, you can fix it, if not, go read a book, get around with the basics, play with the code.
