4story ps Problem Tmap

Hi. i have un problem whit tmap seriusly. So, Today, only i open the server, and i started to play. All go good. Any Problem. So, i decided restart services, and i failed. I started. Tcontrl, Tmap, an give me 1 error, i ignored and cancel it. So starting another time. ALL TIME ARE GIVING ME THE ERROR. i dont know what a do..
My question is, if i restart database i will lose all progrese? Like my personal crypta, Change drops. Items etc.

My Problem are.

Windows cant start service TMAP_GSP in the equip local
Error 1067: The Proces has been finish of a made wrong.

1. shut pc down completly (no restart) and start it again
2. Deinstall Services
3. Install Services again
4. Registry entries
5. Start services

6. Say me if work
