- is normal password on TACCOUNT

- is md5hash password on TACCOUNT

Your tglobal>tlogin function is buggy. I guess it includes a query which fails when the server is trying to execute it, and every other queries will be skipped after the buggy query.
Check that function.

Edit:
It has nothing to do with passwords, it seems to be your client is set to use non-md5 which is not quite safe. I recommend you to change it.

I don't know, because I have none of them. But I think Enthara is better, because it's based on the old opora db (mine).

I still say, check that **** function fix the wrong query, and be happy
