Hello guys I'm sorry for my stupid question..
but how can add new mobs in document 90 ?
Tomorrow I want to open my own server Avalon4S 24/7
for example Glossy told my I can add mobs in TMOBSPAWCHART.dbo I think but

ps:I'm have all tcd editor please help me!
I don't have need comments like "" or "Noobs" or " please go out " or other unnecessary comments

so who can help me ?

TMONSPAWNCHART is not the only table, it's easy to find out which tables are needed for this

Try don't be noob and search by yourself.

Start by checking all Tables which contains "TMON"
