hello I have root and I cannot install sql server ....
powershell is my error ..
I installed 1.0 but 2.0 can not find ...

uninstall powershell

1. Click on “Control Panel” in “Start menu”
2. Go to “Uninstall a program” in “Control Panel”
3. Click on “View installed updates” in “Programs and Features”
4. Right click on Update which reads Powershell and uninstall it

and restart the installation

If you click on that link which says 'Failed', it will open a webpage with your default browser, you'll find powershell 2.0 download link there.

Anyways powershell 1.0, is made for XP, but as I see, you are using windows server 2003. Well, server 2003 have the same kernel as XP, so 1.0 should work properly.
If not, then use 2.0:

Download Powershell 2.0:


By the way, I'm still saying that trial vps from upcloud IS NOT WORKING FOR ANY 4S SERVER!.
Simple, you can't disable firewall.

Thanks works .. but now I have another error... player does don't can connect to the server .. and I disabled Firewell

That happens when someone wanna open a server with no knowledge at all
You should invest your parents money in other things and not in a vServer (Yours is not a root by the way).

Maybe if you finished school and have a job in this workspace, you can try it can.

BTW: There are many other things to check for an existing connection between server and player.
