Hello guys,
i have 2 questions about a pServer, 1st is that how is the official Upgrade rate in Official 4Story Server. is without to make and event for Upgrade? ...i mean i wana check how to make good + in official Servers. so i think i can do it from my private server.but how i can take a potion of fortune 100% ?all is 200%,250% and 300%. i will appreciate every answer



So how is the value(of upgrade) on a official server ? and how to find 100% upgrade potion xD
