[HELP]Hack 3.5, increase refine?

Hello,
I have two questions (I tried to solve the problem myself but ... ) :

1- Someone know 3.5 hack works on P4story? :3

2- How to increase refine probability of having better options when i put "Refining Catalyst" to unseal(I already try all events on happytool)and for example after refine have +24 SSS.
Ortherwise how to modify item and put option manually.
