[RELEASE] Happytool v2.1 Recompiled

Hi,

Due my screen resolution I've recompiled the HappyTool v2.0 (and make it v2.1.)
So now it's optimized to 1280 × 800 screen resolution, espesically the tournament settings.

It has just a lighter and smaller user interface, I'm planning to make it more useful, and make a new user interface.
Functions are the same, as I said my recompiled version is very useful when you're using happytool on laptop or you have just smaller resolution than nowadays :P

Happytool is used to control the server (event, kick and move user, send server message...)
