Agreed

it can't be one-sided with us others just as human resources.
And both of your arguments are void your just trying to boost you cyber appeal by stating how "successful" you are, this isn't a dating service so don't worry about it *Whilst I say this I also say congratulations to both of you for making money off something you enjoy, thats something very few people can do in this world.* We need to bind together over knowledge, skills, and goals not over who is the most successful already. We already know that each of us and a few others, are currently the TOP of the 12sky2 scene. The idea is that we group together and dominate all the games.
From wikipedia
Quote:
A partnership is an arrangement where entities and/or individuals agree to cooperate to advance their interests.[1] In the most frequent instance, a partnership is formed between one or more businesses in which partners (owners) co-labor to achieve and share profits or losses
While partnerships stand to amplify mutual interests and success, some are considered ethically problematic, or at least debatable. When a politician, for example, partners with a corporation to advance the corporation's interest in exchange for some benefit, a conflict of interest may make the partnership problematic from the standpoint of the public good.

So what I get from that mostly is:
We would agree to cooperate to advance their interests to make the best possible products/services.
But we cant have them with conflicts of interest ie one person with the say over everything, a partnership is where we agree to work alongside each other under a joint name, sharing in the profits or losses.
Along with that we would have to agree to share information and techniques. Part of our kind of hacking is sharing information so that others can learn. Being in a partnership allows us to share our information within a NDA enabling us to trust each other more and thus allowing us to make better software or provide better service.
Being different people with our own goal's and strengths in certain areas is what would make us a strong group. But we have to accept each other for who they are, we can't exclude someone opinion or idea because they do not have an understanding instead it is better to help them to understand without breaking into a drama part of sharing information. We can't always be right for example I might say to have good SEO we need to conform to the targeted HTML standard, have organized meta tags, have title and description on things like tables or images, videos, I might be wrong on part of that AFKGuy might disagree and say so long as our meta tags and content is easy to read by the web crawlers for search engines that it will work out fine. *with seo we would need to have named pages eg we cant have id=1 id=2 in a url we need to result to names like elitepvpers does up top.* Or prehaps AFKGuy suggests that we try to do a hack which myself and AfterBurn for example might already know is impossible to do because its server side and infact I had already tried it, we can't just shut him down and say Its impossible we would have to say we have tried it and it can not be done as its controlled server side. We can't call another member stupid for not knowing something we have to help them to learn.
As far as the name goes it does not take too long to hit #1 in google for keywords bassed on your site, if we can work on prehaps a more wider targeting name which would have more appeal to all of us as well as potential customers then it would be better would it not? We can get high in google with getting all our friends to google kewords finding our page and clicking it, submitting it to google to be indexed, having google adds on it or analytics gets it reconized quickly too. We can also have youtube videos showing people how to get there they watch them and google it and click the link boosting our status. Along with that good SEO and no errors in our page's so that they are conforming to our chosen web standard, prehaps strict xhtml or w/e. I hope you understand that what myself and possibly AfterBurn mean by the name not being sutible is that it targets a small range, people already associate it with 12sky2 and bots only. Your page is targeted towards that. If we made a new one for advertising reasons it would be better because 1 we would be becomming a partner ship so we need a new name and domain. 2 it would be better as it can target a wide area of games straight off the bat we can have pages and keywords targeted towards all the games we would like to cover in the future, so as people help us get our page up in the ranks on google these keywords will already be cached. I like the idea of Sky and Gaming but not so much the bot part but we cant have it something negative either. Im not disagreeing with your marketing ideals as such just saying that it could prehaps be better to have a new name that is open to cover many kinds of games and software for the best possible reach to clients. Its true I don't know much about marketing but surly having a good name is one of the main basis's. We also have to have a name that can be designed as a logo all good, and we should even have it printed on T-Shirts for the win.
Because it is a partner ship we can't set guidelines that the others have to follow in a proposal, we have to decide on guidelines and names etc after we chat.
It is a good idea to have a partnership so long as it is equal between us all, even though one might be very good with one skill and one with another. It is the combination of our skills, talents and knowledge that would make us a great group, we cant argue over them and think we are better than the other members in our group thats not equal, we have to take into considering their ideas, opinions and feelings.
Im in for the idea so long as we can agree on a sutible name later after talking as a group prehaps on microphones or just a group convo with typing etc, we need to sort out any arguments over it there.
If we do form a group I shall help pay for a domain, as we will be needing emails at that domain to look professional. Part of advertising is about professional look and feel right everytime we give somone our contact details its advertising, one of our selves by the name and two of anything we may be in or working for by either the end of the email or just the first part. for example if i had

and gave that to a business they probably wouldnt think very highly of it, but if I had

it would look better to them.
Halt these childish arguments they are getting us no where, lets share contact details and all talk in a group on msn or skype or something about it there.
Anyway AFKGuy i added you to msn but im not sure if its the correct address. I won't post it here as you probably don't want trolls adding it but it has 2010 in the name and is on hotmail.
If we join together I will try to make some video tutorials to cover some stuff I know, I was planning to do it anyway as part of my online paper on Game Hacking, but have not got around to it but if we teamed up it would be a good idea to help explain some things I know how to do to you guys if you want to learn

. I would of course publish them online too since I originally wanted to do them for my Game Hacking paper. But being in a team would also allow us to use Team Viewer to show each other things as well as mic's to talk about skills and share that kind of information better.
As always I can be contacted on the following, with msn or skype being preferred.
msn:

skype: mb10241

Add me both of you
