I just wonder - (Packet editing) 10/30/2011 - Metin2 - 0 Replies If some1 ever tryed to packet edit using programs like PWE, in old times we did 1hit kill with programs like that editing the packet with the monster id, or playing an action like "skills" without been there.
and i didn't search, but i wonder how you know what you are looking for in the memory (in programs like CE) without kwnowin' what you are seen.
any tip to learn, like a tut or a good explanation in some where?

So far I've figured out how to edit an item ID inside a packet and change it to another items ID to get the item I want. So now I've moving up to attempt to get EO cards. I've got the item ID however when I use it I get nothing. I figured out that using the method I used, I have to change the vendor ID for some items depending on which vendor sells that item. I'll be the first to post a opinion, its easy to edit csv's if u got the already edited ones like I do, but like it was said in other threads, less lag and less dc's if u edit the packet file......
It's simple to edit csv's tho and make it work for the game, and its alot easier to read considering its seperated by line but some people can't seem to get it to work like how they were told!! so for them packet editing...
