Only you can see the katana it's server sided it won't affect any stats.
If you change the sale price of an item and sell it at npc you will d/c or get the amount of money you changed to but once you spend that money you'll dc.

Just look here, the chi consumption is 0 or 100% decresed. Why ? cause of 2 wlcapes.
One in deco and one normal... How was this done ?
