no, there cannot be any higher level rares or skills in the closed beta client for korean 12 sky 1... and yes i can provide screen shots but not now kinda busy atm, stumbled on your comment and thought i would make a quick reply. btw gj on translating the npc names and etc etc but remember translation is the least of our worries on the progress of finishign 12 sky 1's private server. My way of remaking ts1 seems to be more efficient.

max rares/uniques items in pserver are 85/90 nothing more..the client is little old we need an higher client like 6.01/10.05 aeria and much more then in the new clients we can receive level 150 max....and got the new items..we need edit too in server zone the img files for new items  .. is little harder but i will try to search for 12sky1 clients

Hezake i know about hex im not noob  is not the first game pserver that i working  if you wana hellp me hellp me...i cant make alone all..translate...edit npc/zones/monsters coordonates..isnt easy!!!My team started the school me too...is harder to work alone and slowly :P

1. Why translate a client, which you wont be able to use in the end.
2. Why fix mob spawns, if any newer client has a different mob order, which means when you finally gonna work with a new client (which is inevitable) you have to redo the whole thing.
3. npc's and zones are already edited on 12skybuzz. Why redo it?
4. Clients are all out there and posted on 12skybuzz again. There is no need to search for other clients.
All the things you are looking for, have been found already. The problem is quite simple and very hard as well. Make new server files, based on a new ts1 client. As I've been told, the old files won't be any good in the end, cuz its just....too old.
All I'm saying is, maybe you're trying to approach this from the wrong angle. Maybe, just maybe all the things you're thinking about are totally irrelevant at this point of time. Then again, maybe not.

Well as soon as i get the animation files of ts1 to fit into ts2's game engine with out any crashes that occure, the onlything left will be map names, mob names, item looks that match the right level items, noticed there's wrong images for the wrong type of stuff, like common jinong armor looks like a chi elixer, and finally which images to place when teleporting, then there's the calabash bottle function that needs to be fixed somehow, but can be shown easily by adding ts1's d01_2dimg files , but it's still very messy, but ye in the end if the animation files get fixed then what's ahead of us to work on won't be as hard as the motion folder is to work out. I'm not experienced in hex at all and can't find a good tutorial, so I'm simply looking for some one that is skilled enough to finish what I can't.

Nvm..Robsus..if you saw alot of pples want an pserver..doesnt matter if is old or new..just an pserver..and me2 i like 12sky1...btw.. for new serverfiles i dont have time for them....i have school is the last year i have 2 examns..and i need learn for examns..****..
1 year ago i worked on archlord serverfiles/now i`m stoped bcz is an fked emulator....and was ep1.. i upgraded it from ep1 to 2 then to ep3 and i worked alone..i stopped to work 2 months ago...i cant even work alone without any help,so harder :P

I can only imagine how hard it is to build server files from scratch. But just to give you an idea what the limitations are with these old server files + 4.18 client.
No wars
No stones (no HSB)
No PvP (maybe duel, actually didnt try that)
No enchanting, no combining so even if you would be able to PvP you cant kill eachother.
No Shields in the maps, so nothing to invade
This is not a ts1 pserver, this is just a testserver for a concept.

Not possible with the lack of information and ways to do that, you aint gonna make some PVP map from scratch ( also you dont know how to make a map ) n ya cant just add maps from new version
+ dont forget those server files have no gm commands also its not even something that was played on, i guess it was used in Alpha and Beta test 1 at max, those files lack almost all needed stuff

which is why replacing 12 sky 2 content with ts1 is a much better idea, especially when the ts1 animation clearly shows m33 leets as they were in ts1 and all that stuff, what I'm saying is probably vague but I'm close to finishing my server. lol
