[Tutorial] Changing NPC appearances
Ever wanted to change a mob or boss it's appearance(Especially for the Wrath of Centaur cave) to gain an advantage in hunting Vengeful Centaurs (Aeriagames)? Than I have news for you , I have decided to post a tutorial about this because many people have asked me to altho those people were lurkers.
Things you can do with changing appearance of a NPC :
1. Changing the NPC in a stone which makes them unable to attack you
^^ Godmode , but it still has that 15 seconds delay if you don't have a bypass for that. But it works well for bosses << this method is also way faster as the address is very easy to find
2. Changing NPC's appearances for hunting for example in the Wrath of Centaur Cave
3. Making mobs look cool if you find them ugly.
Now to the business: (I'm using Vengeful Centaur as an example)
Step 1 -------------------------
Find the mob's / boss' name just like on Godmode and right click the address to move to that memory region
Step 2 -------------------------
Press the arrow down button once (of the scrollbar) and look at the most left byte. (+ at the bottom line) , for Vengeful Centaur you will see 36 or 54 (depends on which view you are , 1 byte or 4 bytes). That is the appearance code , it has the same location on ever NPC
Step 3 -------------------------
Right click on that byte (in 1 Byte view) and add it to your Address list
Step 4 -------------------------
Change it to whatever number from 1 to 130 and freeze it
Known appearance codes:
1 = Monks from the first map
2 = Goblinkin mobs from the first map
79 = Royal Lion
99 = Sacred Blood Lord
104 = Big horned boss
111 = Holy Stone
You'll have to experiment with the codes yourself to find them all out.
And an extra tutorial for the lovers :
Drop name hack! (Take anyone else's drop if you changed the value to their name)
Step 1
Search for your current character name
Step 2
Try the 3 static addresses (change it to a random name and drop something (FREEZE the ADDRESS) and try to pick it up , if you cant than you have the right address)
Step 3
Enjoy it! (It works quite slow but U might find out a way on getting a name from chat input or getting names from people near you(fast))

Nice tut dude 
Here is a list of all the MOB id's that I have pulled for the private server.
The id's are not the same as display id's however as these are only the id of the monster. You can see it a little bit in hex view before its name
The Display is a 4 byte integer not a 1byte I Belive.
BTW I was checking out the mob structure section in memory view to make the image below and I may have found a new way to do *** mode that works forever without getting diced  It will require a code inject to cmp for the monster you want to get *** mode on and JMP over code however. *not global *** mode just makes a monster not reteliate at all :P* and its not setting range to 0 either
There are even bytes here that you can change to make mob's run faster or slower. Or even not move at all *handy when you wanna count them all providing no one kills them*

Vac dosent work they patched it to check mob co ord's and movment of mobs is servers ide. However Ill be working on something later that is under gound level and teleports to each monster and kills it

not sure if anyone else has gottne this to work but the drop hack i dont think does work..it may stop u from picking up an item that YOU droped but will d/c you if you try to pick up somones item that u changed your name to. correct me if iam wrong

They might have patched it on Twelve Sky 2 , I come from Twelve Sky 1. And I tested it with my own items.

Heres a fast way to change mobs, in CE search mob name the first name in the list that starts with 07 select that address now add F0 to it and you got your mob apperance address and I have found mobs as high as 274 not just to 130. Note there is some gaps that when you change the number there will be no apperance.

At one point last year I wanted to make a bot that turned all mobs into a unique looking mob so that the pixel bot would be super accurate.

An interesting idea  Still prefer memory and defiantly packet over pixel however  but it would be cool to see it pulled off.

Yea, got the idea from 2moons. Some dude turned all the mobs SUPER PINK so they stood out like crazy. The bot was a success. But I know what you mean. Memory n packets are way more dependable n accurate.

i do everything ok but i get stuck at step 3. idk what to change. i added the address and changed the value to 130, but that only makes mob's name to change to . what do i have to change? pls help. ty

Re read the instructions and understand how address work they are in hex so you need to convert to decimal or hex etc.

Because i always get from time to time pms asking about how do i make the avatar changing all the time i decided to write a little guide, its not that hard:
First you need webspace where you can run something like php and which allows you to use the mod rewrite or to change extensions.
Then you need to write a little script which handles the img output in my case it looks like this:
