You are mad because people are selling, yet you bought a copy for yourself? You get yourself banned, become butthurt, so you release something you didn't make public out of spite?
Also why shouldn't somebody sell it? You cannot make it, the other people who want it cannot make it, somebody else made it, and you wanted it? So why do you seem to feel entitled for them to hand it to you? The idea behind selling is simple: I have something, I have no reason to give it out and if I do give it out it will just get patched or cause massive problems because too many people are using it. So if I sell it I get something for my effort and there is less chance somebody is going to give away something they paid for(apparently not in this case though).
At any rate, whats done is done.
