It's been awhile since I posted and saw the new Origins a few days ago so decided I wanted to take a look so I figure ill give the info I have.
As of right now the client is incomplete.
Maps are missing stuff the npc data isn't even in most towns only human and dhan.
This seems to take place before the original game.
Max level is 100.
There is a new map teleport feature maybe replacing portal stones? But it cost crone to do it.
You can teleport to any bindstone with it and there are not Portal stones in the sundries merchant.
The left menu has been stripped down to
Party matching
Mail
Pet
Event/IM Inventory
Instance Zone Status
and some thing called Insignia Exchange Center.
No gathering hall?
Portal to R1 does not work not sure if they are removing it or not.
City of the Deceased in Eibach is r1. When you go through the portal they changed the room but rest is same. Also the entrance has electricity looking effect.
Green Moss Cave in Morrisen is r2.
Demi's Layer in Rima is r3.
Meteor Crash Site in Rima is r4.
Temple of Gail in Draht is r5.
Water Temple Garden is in Kalestia.
Ahkma is now in Varvylon map as well as Armenes.
Caronia's Tomb now in Dharvegawan.
Hazy Ravine no longer goes to Gratt underground waterway and the exit portal takes you to the one to enter the dungeon.
They have moved or changed dungeons and maps.
Ronelia now has a portal instead of a npc to get to it.
The map shows level ranges for each area.
It has Kallistia as well as Roneila.
I think they removed the fishing hole because I don't see the icon on the map any more.
They have reorganized Einhoren and placed most of the npcs right up front.
Also I see some stuff about vip system and there are 60 slot bags like the other server has.
Some of the bin files have been changed to a new format that has not been used before.
Oh and the dungeons have Level caps now. yey!
Roads now have red highlights on them.
I think the weight limit has been removed but because of server you can still be overweight.
Also seems that crafting is not longer part of the game.
It was removed from the character status window.
Oh and my stats are not that ridiculous its because they switched the system over from the int16 to int32 for stats.
So now it reads every thing wrong because server sends int16 and client wants to read int32.
It could be fixed but would take a lot of effort and writing asm because you have to fix every place that uses stats in the mapserver.
So that would be a huge project!
There is probably more I'm forgetting but thats what I remember and here are some Screen Shots.
If you can think of any thing to check just post and if I have time I will take a look if its possible.
Also the client does not seem to work unless gameguard is bypassed for me not sure if its just because its not open yet.
