Maybe it is worth that much, but I highly doubt anyone would ever pay more than 800 Euros for LoL account no matter how good it is.

The thing is the account may be great with rare skins but the rare skins are coming back over time. Rusty blitz and urf ww are now the big money makers since all of the skin issues.
