As I
said in the opening of the Assist chapter, Bp’s are by far the most self-sufficient class out of all of them. Because of your ability to buff yourself, you can have a leecher and just destroy things in your path by yourself. This continues all the way to... well, forever. There’ll never be a time when you absolutely need a support character behind you. Of course it’s better if you have an Rm with you, but unlike other classes, you don’t depend on Rm assistance.This may seem great, but all in all, a Bp’s damage input will pale in comparison to others past lvl 90. Till then, it’s on-par with a Yo-Yo Jester’s. Unlike the Rm’s, Bp’s have a strict stat & skill build, which is naturally changeable if you’re loaded with cash.

is a speedbreak for Bp’s. Well, 63 is, but you get that extra 20 from maxed Cannonball. You can go for lower Sta if you feel confident, and you even get a skill which stuns enemies at a certain probability. I recommend following this exact skill build, put enough points in prequisite skills to unlock the max-able skills: Max Heap Up --> max Haste --> max Beef up --> max Accuracy --> max Cannonball --> max Mentalsign --> 19 points in Stonehand --> max Asmodeus (Bp skill) --> max Quickstep --> max Cats Reflex --> max Prevention --> max Patience.Those are the only skills/buffs you'll ever need, since Assists nor Bp's use attack skills. You can do whatever you want with the points you get later on.
