You can try hosting it yourself if you can't find a hoster. If you're going to use hamachi then its not that hard to setup.

And what exactly is your PC's problem? I tried on my PC and my server is just running fine. And to think that the PC I used is only a P4 1.8 ghz processor with 1 gb memory. Works fine for me
