it would be ideal for the information to all be together indeed..
the rule itself clearly was made with the intention to stop people bumping a thread saying "this no work" "gimi query" etc..
adding a informative bit, should be perfectly fine.. it is however up to the staff to interpret the rules as they see fit...
this does bring a grey area up.. im about to open my development thread back up, arguably, that will be necroposting, but yet posting a second thread would be duplicating and splitting the already posted information..
